Jens Liesegang
Mr. Liesegang is attorney at law (Germany) and specialist lawyer for intellectual property rights and managing partner.
Mr. Liesegang studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. During his studies he gained experience abroad at Tulane University in New Orleans, Kings College in London, American law firms and KPMG.
After completing his legal clerkship and admission to the bar, he founded the firm.
For almost 20 years he has been advising domestic and foreign companies in commercial law matters, in particular in intellectual property matters relating to trademarks, designs, patents regarding their registration, licensing and enforcement. In addition, he advises on IT law, for example on software developments for contract drafting and implementation as well as domain disputes.
Mr. Liesegang speaks German (mother tongue) and English fluently.
Mr. Liesegang is married and has 2 children, Chiara Charlotte and Julius Peter.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, he enjoys hunting and cooking, taking photographs and flying as a private pilot.
