Holger Chladek advises clients on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law as well as general business law. A particular focus of his work is the drafting and legal review of contracts.
During his training, he worked for the commercial law firms Gleiss Lutz and Broich, where he gained practical experience in corporate, capital market, and insolvency law as well as in banking and finance.
Thanks to his academic work and his personal interest in economic issues, Mr. Chladek has a keen understanding of the economic background to legal structures.
Mr. Chladek speaks fluent English and holds the University of Cambridge certificate “The Illuminate Programme in Commercial Legal English for International Lawyers.”
